Sperry Outlet

I have been buying and wearing Sperry boat shoes for many years and I am brand loyal. I know what I want, and the Sperry brand fits my needs. I have to shop many places to get my Sperry shoes because I have a smaller foot and my size isn't always available. Amazon usually comes through for me, but I also try the Outlet stores because sometimes they will have my size at a decent price. I checked out the Sperry Outlet recently for my boat shoe and they did have it, but the price was somewhat higher than I normally pay. Outlet Stores are not always a bargain and this Sperry store prices were higher than I normally pay. I did buy the shoes because they had my size, but the customer service was only average and not worth the extra cost, I paid for the shoes at this Sperry Outlet store.

I stopped into this location on Friday, June 9th ... pretty late, and the store was probably closing shortly .... The customer service is top notch. I walked into the Store, and I was on the phone ... and the sales associate still greeted me, and I unfortunately was still on the phone ... I was able to get off of the phone ... and the sales associate was amazing with her customer support, and just the way she handled/handles customers .. Great place! It was a lady with dark hair that checked me out.

Horrible experience. This was my first time in the store and I love sperry. It’s mostly what I wear. I wanted to get a new pair of sneakers. When I came in, I was not greeted. Then the guy there was checking in with everyone else but skipped me. I waited a minute to see if he or the other associate would check in with me, and nothing. I walked out and would not go back there.

The sale was great but the staff made the experience! The staff didn't hover but were available every time we had a question. They were willing to come right over. One employee even anticipated a sizing question and brought the next size up before we asked!! My family of 4 bought 8 pairs of shoes.

Stopped in the store in Rehoboth for a nice pair of boots for the season. They had a selection but not slip resistant.. I thought Sperry originated as a non slip Footwear. I asked about a specific shop in area and they told me they were closed.. In fact actually the store was open and they were my ideal shop and where I purchased.
